Terms of sale

1. Scope

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through lgboutique-2.myshopify.com, operated by KiB Ventures (SIRET: 902 288 539 00015), 9 allée du Colvert, 44000 Nantes, France. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All products are produced on a print-on-demand basis by our fulfilment partner. Product images are representative; slight variations in colour or print placement may occur due to the nature of the production process.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency of your region and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law. KiB Ventures reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, orders will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. KiB Ventures reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case you will be notified and fully refunded.

5. Payment

We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of order.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason, unless the product is personalised or made to order.

Please note: as our products are made to order and personalised by nature, the right of withdrawal may not apply in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Please review our Return Policy for full details on eligibility.

7. Returns & Refunds

8. Liability

KiB Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. To the extent permitted by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence, any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of France.
