1. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. No matter where you are, we'll get your order to you.

2. Order Processing

All products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before being dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are 8 to 10 business days for orders within the European Union.

For orders outside the EU, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and available fulfilment options. We are actively exploring partnerships with local production partners in other regions to reduce both shipping times and environmental impact — however, we cannot guarantee this at this time. We appreciate your patience and your support for a more sustainable approach to shipping.

Please note that all delivery estimates are indicative only. Shipping disruptions, carrier delays, customs clearance, or events beyond our control (including but not limited to extreme weather, public holidays, or logistical incidents) may impact delivery times. KiB Ventures cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the European Union. No minimum order required.

For orders outside the EU, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and order details.

5. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

6. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
